Richard married into horses thirty years ago and has been riding and training ever since. He comes from a family with a long history in manufacturing, entrepreneurship and engineering, and he brings that way of thinking to running a modern ranch: the evaluation process, the record keeping, the video, the logistics of moving horses across the country, and the systems behind the business.

Richard and Alisha are the authors of The Modern Horse Buyer’s Guide, the first of several projects under Trusted Horse Press aimed at making the horse business safer and more accountable for the people in it. The Jacuzzis live in Alexander, Arkansas, where Horse Of My Dreams is based.
